2. Sales & Return Policy

  • All sales are final unless otherwise agreed upon in writing at the time of purchase.
  • Scratch and dent appliances are considered new and include a one-year warranty unless otherwise stated in writing. These may have cosmetic imperfections but are fully functional.
  • Used furniture is sold as-is with no warranty or return eligibility. These items may have visible wear and are non-refundable.
  • A restocking fee may apply to any approved return.
  • Refunds (if granted) will be issued via the original payment method or store credit at our discretion.

3. Warranty & Product Condition

  • All scratch and dent appliances include a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and operational failures under normal residential use.
  • Warranty claims must be submitted within one year of purchase with proof of purchase.
  • Warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, cosmetic wear, or acts of nature.
  • Used furniture is sold without any warranty and is excluded from this coverage.

4. Delivery & Installation

  • Delivery is available for an additional fee and may be handled by our staff or authorized third parties.
  • We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party providers.
  • Customers must ensure a clear delivery path and suitable connections.
  • Installation is not included unless clearly stated at the time of purchase.

4A. Appliance Repair Services

  • We offer appliance repair services for eligible models and brands. Availability may vary based on technician capacity.
  • Service appointments must be scheduled in advance and may be rescheduled due to unforeseen delays.
  • We make no guarantees that a repair will fully restore an appliance or extend its usable life beyond the warranty period.
  • Diagnostic and labor fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
  • We are not liable for damage caused by third-party repairs or pre-existing conditions.

5. Pricing & Availability

  • Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to errors, shortages, or suspected fraud.
  • We are not liable for typographical or pricing errors.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by North Carolina law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use, delivery, or Site access.
  • Total liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the product or service in question.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
  • Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of North Carolina unless both parties agree in writing to alternative resolution.
